Is the porsche boxter considered a girl car?

Friday 5 February 2010 @ 5:55 am
porsche

Is the Porsche boxter considered a girl car? And what about the Audi TT? Are they both considered girl cars? If so, why?

I’ve heard this claim about the boxter but never for the TT and I was just wondering about the rationale for this. Also, it seems to be mainly Americans who have this view — Europeans do not have this hangup it seems … any ideas?

Can the Porsche 911 fit people in the rear seats?

Wednesday 20 January 2010 @ 8:00 am
porsche

I have heard that the Porsche 911’s back seats are so small only a baby can fit. Is this true? Even if the driver and passenger gave as much room to the back seats as they can? If the rear seats are too small for use, then why are their any?

Tuesday 19 January 2010 @ 9:34 pm
porsche

I just purchased an 89 Porsche 944, but don’t know how to find whether it’s a 2.5L or a 2.7L engine. I have looked on the engine and cannot find anything stating the engine size. Please, can someone tell me where I can locate this info?

What are the best brand of 4×6 speakers to put in my porsche 944’s front doors?

Monday 18 January 2010 @ 1:00 am
porsche

They will be hooked up to an alpine head-unit. Mostly looking for something that sounds crisp and clear, won’t distort at high volumes. Bass isn’t that important since its only the front doors, so something with good mids and highs. Price isn’t a factor, just want something good since its hard to find good 4×6’s.
