I will be paying everything on my own, excluding insurance. I get around 320 a month, so I’m good with the monthly payments. I have around 2700 at this point. Can I expect these cars to be under 10,000 dollars in 2 or 3 years?

If i were to take the navi disk out of the cd drive under the passenger seat, would i be able to insert a movie and play it on the PCM screen?

I’ve been thinking about this over two months…I’ve been taking buses and subways just because i couldn’t make up my mind. I need some suggestions PLZ. Please don’t tell me about the gas prices and how it is soooo expensive that i will suffer from it. AND don’t tell me to ride a bike or walk or bus or subway, I NEED a car anyhow…tell me what would be a better choice. OH and don’t tell me to get a new cheaper car or a hybrid PLZ i need advices from car enthusiasts. Thank you. AND I LOVE BOTH BMW & PORSCHE. And this is MY money (which I work/worked for), not my parents, brothers or sisters, so don’t get smart with me.

BTW: both cars ran UNDER 60,000km (37,500 miles) + no accidents.

I recently found a Porsche that I am interested in purchasing. its a 4 Speed Manual and the add says that the engine will crank, but not start.

what could the problem be?
ok, I re-looked through the add and he says that the owner before him said that it was the clutch. is that possible?

Someone oversteered and crashed into the side of my uncle’s Porsche 944 in the snow. It looks like they bent the frame, which causes 944s to be totalled 99% of the time. Book value on it is about $7000.

Please don’t tell me I’m getting into trouble buying an old Porsche, as I already have a 944 and would like a parts car. Anybody with experience buying back wrecked cars, your advice or ballpark figures are welcome. Thanks
Thanks for the answers so far. I understand they’ll charge what they want, but I don’t want to spend much more than $1000-1200 on a totalled car. Would anyone expect the car to go for a more than that?

These cars can be had from private parties all day for $500 if they don’t run.
