It weighs about 2/3 as much, and is noticeably smaller in width and height, while being just a hair thicker. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important. The Ferrari, Its cool, its prestigious, not anyone can get one, and most important is Italian(the murcielago also but not as great as the Ferrari)!! Also has the name of the Founder of Ferrari and the others don't perform as well as this one. The sound of the Ferrari is unique. The company used to have a slogan that said that their cars had no need for a radio since the engine's sound was music for the ears!!! Simply perfect and 2007 F1 Champions!! Hopefully this year too!! I would choose exactly in the same order you put them.
