Recently purchased a 1988 porsche 944 (Non turbo) and the previous owner cut the wire harness that connect the radio. No radio was ever hooked up. How can I distinguish what wire is what. Please assist.

I have a 944 porsche. It has a short to ground somewhere that causes the alternator not to charge the battery.

My brother and I got into a debate about it and it’s driving me nuts how he says the 911 is a better car in Need for Speed!

My son replaced my 4 spark plugs with new (and compatible) ones.
engine runs, but seems hesitant.
after rechecking everything, he remembered that while unscrewing one of the old spark plugs he saw that its ceramic was chipped, but didn’t make sure to see if the chip found was the whole or part of the missing chip.
other than that, all was done properly.
any ideas as to how to solve this problem?
Thanks.

Why is it that Americans mispronounce Porsche as (Poorsche instead of Poorsha) instead saying it as its German prononuciation? Same thing goes for coupe (Americans say coop instead of coopa), a french word. I am also tired of the mispronounciation of the Lamborghini Gallardo (They say Gaalardo instead of Guyardo). Akon is incorrect with this. Any thoughts?
I get it now! So we should take words from other languages and cultures, and conform it to the American language with no regard to the original creators.

Can anyone tell me how much annual road tax costs on these cars in Britain? Any other thoughts on comparison would be appreciated.

I just bought a Carrera Gt and my business colleague’s are kidding me that I’m not sure how to pronounce my own cars name. As a side note: If you have the means, it’s a great car but not for long business trips. (Of course, that’s why they make small jets)
