For being caught for speeding his 3.6 litre Porsche 911 Turbo, at a British Record of 172 mph.
Personally I believe, He should at least been given a Contract
with Porsche, for his driving abilities. Or a chance to compete
& join the British Racing team .? Seriously, Talent like this is
hard to find….Stirling Moss, Graham Hill I’m sure would have agreed…….

Hang on it was not “his” porche it was the firm who he does delivery driving for and he was told not to drive the car so technically he stole it!!
It dont take talent to put your foot to the floor and hang on for dear life which is all he done the donut. If that was my car he was delivering and he done that id want him to buy me a new one. He deserves all he got the idiot!

Not harsh enough. 10 weeks at her majestys pleasure and will prob serve only 5 weeks. as for the fine, its pants… hes a complete fool and the judge was too easy on him
If the jails were not bursting at the seams he would have been given three years at least , the man should be banned for life
My opinion, 6-month custodial sentence and a lifetime driving ban.

Should have been given at least a year for theft and driving at that speed , and a lifelong ban . There are enough idiots on the roads , time to take some of them off the roads .

The guy hurt NO-ONE, and believe me, whether you crash at 70mph or 170mph, the result will be the same, you, and whoever you hit, will be dead.
Most unfair. He should have been given a much longer sentence. He didn’t kill anyone this time but who know what would happen another time? He was being idiotic and a real danger on the road, not to mention theft.There is a place and time for everything and if he wanted to drive a car at such speed then he should have went to a race track!!! I sure Stirling Moss, Graham Hill would NOT have agreed he should be so stupid on a public road.

when I was young, I was just as crazy.
Doing that stupid speed putting every body’s life in danger, I don’t think a prison sentence was the answer, 5 year driving ban and a long community service order working in the mortuary dealing with victims of road accidents caused by idiot drivers like himself and the breaking the news to the families.

Yes it was fair punishment. The man was a total idiot , he could have killed someone.

If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
What a good way to discuss
The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
