For the price tag of almost $100k-130k depending on options, I can find plenty of other cars that I would love, before I came to that one.

    Typical overpriced POS Porsche.

Want a real Porsche? Go back at least 25 or so years.

it’s pretty, but i would still prefer the porshe gt3. it looks much ‘sleeker’ and faster.
plus i love how it has that ‘race car’ look.

Personally i love the structure and styling of the Panamera but before coming to a decision in purchasing the Panamera id probably consider something else such as a used Bentley Flying Spur sedan which will presumably cost the same as a brand new Panamera. Considering the fact its a sedan when dropping 120K on a car id consider a variety of sedans until coming to a final decision on the Panamera.

is it just me or does that look like a Mitsubishi Eclipse????
    Wow Porsche has gone downhill

I think they had a lot of great ideas, built a great car, then packaged it entirely wrong. I would love the functionality of a Porsche sedan but I have to be able to look at it everyday and not think to myself, “ew.”

So, I finally got to see one in person. Beautiful. If you think this looks like a Mitsubishi, you need new glasses!

LOTS of the big BMWs and Mercedes, that cost as much or more, are going to be redesigned in the next couple of years. A Bentley Flying Spur costs nearly $200,000, and is one pigmobile.

I haven’t driven one yet, and that’s likely to be a long time coming; however, I did talk to someone who got behind the wheel (I was at the Porsche Parade in Keystone, CO): “It’s a sports car, an honest-to-goodness four-door sports car!”

Porsche doesn’t fool around with the fru-fru (pillow top seats? BMW, what are you thinking?); everything in its place and falling naturally to hand.

Remember, this is a four door sedan, not a 911 Turbo. Compare it to an S65 AMG Mercedes ($200,000), not to a Ferrari. Beautiful!

    Added:
I owned a 1996 (993) air-cooled 911 coupe. I loved that car, but had to sell it to buy my new one. Most collectors and afficionados consider the 993 to be the epitome of “old Porsche” design. The 1996 couldn’t hold a performance candle to my 2005 911.

Sorry for the huge review, but I’m really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it’s the right choice for you.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
