It does not slot into second as fluidly and smoothly as it should, and I feel a slight grating (no sound but a vibration through my hand) when changing up to third. No problems with downshifts. The car has done 75 000 miles and has not had gearbox oil or clutch changed ever. Clutch does not slip. Are there simple, cheap fixes that I could try, before contemplating a big gearbox repair?

He always makes time for me and he even told me that he wants to make peace with my brother in law and sister. but my sisters said that if I chose him then I would never be apart of this family again. I tried to let him go for 3weeks but then I came back to him because I like him and I cannot stop thinking about him & he feels the same way. Im 21 and I come from a “strict family” no matter what I do no one is happy. Then we went for a drive in his car & he picked me up in his Porsche but no one knew. He took me out, we just sat in the park, we talked, and he hugged me so much. And he said that he was going crazy over me and he really wanted this to work out and he ignored all his business calls and meetings just to be with me. His a big boss at his company and he made time for me and He was a perfect gentleman. and it was really nice and we walked around and he wouldn’t stop looking in my eyes. and he even teached me how to drive his car because I have never driven a sport car before, he was so cute and he even called me after that just to make sure that I was ok but he said that he was stressed out because he wants this relationship to work out. but he knows that my family as well as his family will never leave us alone. so I said that we would stop talking for 2weeks so that we can think and see how our feelings are before we rash into anything but he called me the next day and said that he wanted to see me again but I said no and he understood. However, he said that he missed me and he said that he just wants to make things easy on me and he wants me to be happy. I am an active duty marine and I’m trying to get my porsche from MA to CA, a friend of mine has a Jeep Wrangler and we were gonna tow the porsche and just ride in the jeep and see the country as we went, but I called U-haul about getting a trailer thing to tow it and they said that I cant because the jeep doesnt have a hard top. Is there any other company out there to rent a trailer from? Is there any other way I can somehow get my car out to Cali without having to drive two vehicles? Any help would be appreciated.
