My External Hardisk is an ” LA CIE design by F-A PORSCHE ” with 120gz

It came with 2 cables, 1 is for the file transfer and 1 is for the energy. ( The energy comes from the usb , not from the transformador )
When i plug my external hardisk, it makes that sound telling me there’s a plugin, but it just don’t appear on the screen.

I like classic muscle cars or performance cars… I was thinking Shelby for the GT500 but I don’t like that name, and I don’t want to use Eleanor either..

I like Nova, but I kind of gave that to a cat named Bentley, but eventually it was changed back to Bentley.. so now Nova’s kind of available again.. I also like Cuda, .. Super Bee is kind of cute, but what would we call her for short? Super or bee hehe… Anyway.. looking for some more ideas..

1st i need to say…i don’t have a problem providing my wife a car.

i’ve dreamed of having a porsche for over 20 years. i worked hard and finally bought it free & clear. 2 months later, my wife’s car breaks down and i pay $3k to have it fixed. then she shows up w/ a lexus. now to add to that, she will pay $100 more per month as a car note.

all the time thru my porsche quest, she advised me w/ ‘wait until you have more’, ‘we can’t afford it yet’…etc. and we talked about it several times. her justification for getting it is:
-she didn’t want to drive what she didn’t want
-why should i have a car i want and not her?

i ask you….if i waited, why can’t she? i fixed her older car. that allowed time to search for a really good deal. she could’ve gotten the one she wanted but c’mon…i had no part in it.

is my wife unreasonable?

Earlier this year i bought a Lacie Plug In Hardrive to add to my Dell Inspiron Laptop (http://www.amazon.co.uk/LaCie-Desktop-Design-Porsche-7200RPM/dp/B000GIXVZW). It has 500GB and i mostly store Movies, Videos, Pictures etc, because they are the things that take up most space on my built in Hardrive, but the problem is it says i have 418GB remaining but when i move a movie from my documents into the drive it says i don’t have enough storage space which is impossible because i have tons left!
Is there something im doing wrong?

The hard drive now makes a scratching, spinning, mechanical noise when started, instead of the humming noise it once made. It does not register on my laptop when plugged in, and I cannot access my information.

I was traveling back home, and included the hard drive in my checked luggage. The metal surroundings of the electric cable connectors were bent a little bit, but still connect and the hard drive is receiving power. I unbent the connectors, I do not think this is the cause of my problem.

What is the problem, and how can I fix it?
